Accepting applications until: 30 October 2026 Job Description Your New Role - Production Coordinator - LBC We are looking for a diligent, organised and highly proactive Production Coordinator to support the smooth running of LBC's newsroom operation. Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for coordinating rotas, managing resources and supporting the successful onboarding of new team members. You will help to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, while responding quickly to changing editorial priorities and the demands of a live newsroom. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, communication and problem-solving, and who isn't fazed by an ever-changing news environment. Key Responsibilities Rota Management - Fill and manage rotas for the LBC production team, ensuring shifts are appropriately staffed and annual leave/sickness is covered accordingly. Editorial Resourcing - Work closely with editorial managers and teams to ensure the newsroom is appropriately resourced across all shifts and shows, identifying gaps and finding solutions when things change.
