Our priority is to exceed customer expectations by delivering the highest standards of customer service. We place the customer experience at the forefront, ensuring seamless campaign execution through collaboration with sales, delivery operations, and digital monitoring teams. As the Outdoor Digital Campaign Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Digital Campaign Team, with a strong focus on strengthening monitoring, reporting and performance insight capabilities. You will lead Team Leaders and oversee a wider group of Campaign Executives, ensuring service quality through robust data visibility, clear performance measures and proactive issue detection. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and alignment with commercial objectives through accurate reporting, trend analysis and actionable insights. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader who can balance daily service demands with longer-term strategic development of monitoring frameworks, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, data-driven decision making and collaborative problem-solving. As a leader, you will coach, develop, and empower your team to drive continuous performance improvement, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high service standards.
