Description
Are you a creative designer who lives and breathes motion graphics?
As a Junior Motion Graphics Designer, you’ll bring energy and style to the content we create—delivering high-quality, brand-consistent graphics for some of the most exciting brands across Global. Whether it\’s building full-motion graphics assets or designing visuals for our Radio Brands across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our content to life.
Working alongside our Motion Graphics Lead and wider video content team, you’ll help develop striking motion graphics that grab attention across Global’s social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics Design (60%): Create animated content using After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Design and deliver motion graphics for our Radio brands across the business. Including creating kenetic text animations, intro titles, end cards, lower thirds, and transitions. Work within our brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across projects and brands.
Editing (30%): Edit short form content for our radio brands across editorial and internal video.
Live Studio Production (10%): Work from our Video Control Room to capture and record content for our live radio and podcast studios

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Produced short-form graphical content that seamlessly fits each platform and brand.
- Delivered multiple graphics design projects for brand campaigns and internal comms.
- Worked on our to brand packs and guidelines delivering updated packages to the wider teams.
- Built great working relationships with our in-house editors, producers, and designers.
- Shown solid understanding of our visual workflows, hitting deadlines with ease.
- Contributed to cross-functional projects and learned from senior creatives around you.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A good working knowledge of Premiere pro and editing short form content for social media.
- Experience creating graphics packs including logo animations, intro/outro titles, and transitions
- Strong understanding of social platform formats and adapting content across different aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.)
- Good design instincts—eye for layout, movement, typography, and composition
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating short-form motion design work
- Positive attitude and flexibility—able to take feedback, adapt, and collaborate in a fast-moving team
