Working across cloud infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and application hosting environments, you will develop and improve scalable, reliable solutions that support business‑critical systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support, maintain, and enhance application hosting and build platforms across AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Develop automation and tooling using Python, Java/Groovy, Go, and Terraform.
- Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices across security, performance, maintainability, and testing.
- Contribute to technical standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain reliable production environments, improve observability and monitoring, and respond to support alerts.
- Mentor and collaborate with other engineers across the Technology department.
- Work across a broad range of business‑critical systems and technologies that have real impact.
- Take responsibility for improving platform reliability, automation, and deployment processes.
- Solve complex technical challenges using industry‑standard tooling and scalable engineering practices.
- Be part of a collaborative team culture that values code reviews, pair programming, continuous integration, learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Built a strong understanding of our existing build and deployment architecture.

- Strong experience in platform and cloud engineering, solving complex problems across distributed systems, with exposure to AWS and Kubernetes.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle with strong coding and automation capabilities.
- Understanding of system architecture and the ability to think end‑to‑end across platforms and services.
- Experience writing well‑tested, maintainable, secure, and performant code, including infrastructure testing (e.g., Terraform testing, BDD‑style integration tests).
- Ability to work effectively in multi‑tenant environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
