Role: Executive Producer, Commercial Video
This role reports to the Head of Commercial Video.
Overview of job: You will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality commercial branded video content across Global’s media portfolio. Leading a team of Junior Producers and Video Editors, overseeing multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial Video to align with strategic vision and client objectives.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee production of high-quality commercial videos.
- Manage and mentor Junior Producers and Video Editors.
- Ensure smooth execution of multiple projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align production with strategic goals.
- Maintain high standards of engagement and brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming for innovative video ideas.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines efficiently.
- Provide creative input and address production challenges.
What you will need:
- Extensive experience in video production with a strong portfolio.
- Proven management skills in a creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to brief editors and Producers effectively, with previous hands-on editing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies.
- Proactive, professional, approachable, and supportive attitude.
