Come join Global’s newsroom, as we evolve and expand our digital offering across our market leading apps and websites
We’re looking for online journalists who live and breathe news. As an all-rounder – you’ll be able to write, edit and curate news, with knowledge of SEO and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- News writing – write news copy for LBC’s website and social media channels quickly and accurately
- Breaking news – break the biggest stories to LBC’s online readers
- Live blogs – post on LBC’s live blogs where required
- Pitching – suggest ideas for stories for LBC’s audience
- Social media – write and curate posts for LBC’s social media channels

What You’ll Need
- Experience of working in a newsroom.
- All the skills needed to be an online journalist.
- This will require overnight and weekend work.
- You’ll be working from our London office, in Leicester Square.
