  • Own It: Take responsibility for your successes and learnings, being proud of your work and the effort that went into it.
  • Keep it Simple: Create effective solutions to business problems without overcomplicating the task at hand.
  • Better Together: Collaborate with a team of like-minded data professionals to produce excellent work in a supportive and friendly environment.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Gained a strong understanding of our operating model within the DAX business, and built some understanding of our classic audio, Outdoor and consumer businesses.
  • Built a foundation of knowledge of the main data warehouses, systems and data workflows your squad works with.
  • Got hands-on with the data, supporting projects by building solutions, testing data outputs or answering business questions.
  • Spent time with team members and stakeholders to understand ongoing DAX workstreams, and contributed ideas to help shape the team’s direction.

What You’ll Need

  • Analytical experience: 3–5+ years of commercial experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, working with large, complex datasets.
  • Delivery ownership: Demonstrated experience owning analytical projects from requirement gathering through to delivery and stakeholder presentation.
  • Analytical mindset: A curious, questioning approach that challenges assumptions and uses logical processes to find actionable insight.
  • Attention to detail: A rigorous approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, helping you diagnose root causes and recommend the right solutions.
  • Visualisation & data skills: Experience producing high-quality reporting with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and querying and wrangling data with SQL.
