We're looking for someone organised, process-driven and comfortable with data to help run and set up Premium Rate competitions, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, during the busy festive period. Hybrid working, with four office days in our Leciester Square office each week. Writing simple, impactful copy for SMS messages Keeping documentation up to date with accurate data Using Excel for basic segmentation and analysis Own It: Sit right at the heart of how our competitions run, taking responsibility for the detail and helping us to keep everything run smoothly. Helped the team increase the volume and range of competition activity delivered during the busy Christmas period Contributed to a positive experience for players throughout their entry journey, whilst helping the Customer Support team to resolve queries promptly and smoothly Confidence using spreadsheets and other Microsoft applications Confidence working with digital systems and tools, with the ability to learn new platform quickly.
