Location: Greater London, United Kingdom

The Activation Manager will use their ability to build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across outdoor agencies (specialists) and ensure we deliver best‑in‑class service. The role takes ownership of key accounts from an implementation perspective, seeing campaigns through from planning to activation via traditional and automated trading routes with our specialists, while maintaining weekly revenue tracking for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the key challenges and issues customers face and ensure that the team provides solutions, positioning Global as a key partner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage day‑to‑day operations, including forecasting for the business on a three‑month rolling basis and working closely with the Group Activation Manager and Agency team to achieve weekly targets.
  • Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets across the sales team and floor.

What Success Looks Like

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Global products and articulate sales benefits clearly.
  • Support the Group Activation Manager and Head of Trading in delivering pricing recommendations based on Global guidelines.
  • Understand the wider Global and DAXO portfolio.
  • Maintain regular face‑to‑face interaction with specialists/agencies (Hot Desk, Status Meetings & Inspiration Sessions).
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with key contacts.
  • Complete the Global Outdoor new training programme.
  • Collaborate with OOH agencies to grow sales opportunities.
  • Foster efficient working relationships within the internal team.
  • Present confidently to key customers and internal colleagues.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: Demonstrated media sales experience as an Account Manager in Trading and/or Planning division.
  • Excellent time management and personal organization.
  • Clear communication skills for a variety of stakeholder types.
  • Proactive sales approach with creative and innovative solution delivery.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities to add value in a high‑performing team.
  • Technical proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel.
