The role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented DDQ / RFI Writer to join our growing European team. This role offers ownership of the full due diligence questionnaire and RFI lifecycle and is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and enjoys working across teams. You will report directly to the Head of Business Development and Co-Head of Europe at Global X ETFs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end completion and maintenance of DDQs, RFIs, and other investor due diligence materials, ensuring responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm messaging. This includes coordinating inputs across Sales, Investment Strategy, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and senior leadership, as well as managing content libraries and version control. This role will suit someone with exceptional written communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will help support a wide range of investor and consultant requests — from maintaining core due diligence documents and responding to bespoke questionnaires, to managing deadlines, approvals, reporting requirements, and ensuring all materials meet internal compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the investment products we offer and our business as a whole.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document delivery.
• Produce and update both custom and standardized RFI/DDQ documents.
• Build and maintain an internal RFI/DDQ database.
• Develop and enhance ETF client propositions, ensuring clear, consistent articulation of investment strategy and product features across all client touch-points.
• Support Client Coverage teams with the preparation of tailored materials and responses to ad hoc client queries.
• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Investment teams, translating technical investment content into compelling, client-ready messaging.
• Support the routine production and review of other regulatory and client data files such as EMT, EET, EPT and Solvency II files.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Superb attention to detail with the ability to prioritize work, manage tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
• Highly risk management focus
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and orally
• Background in asset management or financial services
• Background in RFI writing preferred, compliance background optional
