This role will suit someone with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll help execute a wide range of marketing activities - from managing vendor relationships and reporting on campaign performance, to developing marketing materials and supporting strategic initiatives. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and our investment strategy teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage external campaigns with vendors, agencies, and media partners from briefing to delivery
- Track and report on external campaign performance metrics, ensuring deadlines are met and KPIs measured
- Localise EU campaigns and manage content across digital, social, and client-facing channels
- Help develop and maintain marketing materials such as briefs, creative decks, presentations, and post-campaign reports
- Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines and audience insights
- Manage marketing automation projects (e.g. Seismic), ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment
- Coordinate with Product, Legal, and Capital Markets teams for new fund launches and related marketing efforts
- Support overall marketing reporting by pulling data from platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Pardot) creating performance summaries
- Maintain the corporate website, ensuring content accuracy, timely document uploads, and functional data feeds
- Oversee the marketing budget tracker, handle invoicing processes, and manage quarterly invoice reconciliation
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and project coordination
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of marketing experience within asset management
- Experience with ETFs is a plus, though a strong interest and willingness to learn is equally valued
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of marketing techniques, including PPC platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with advertising and creative development processes, with experience managing advertising campaigns
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
