We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Applications Manager to join our IT and Operations Team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting Global Witness’s new strategy period by helping teams implement business processes into the right systems, improve efficiency through automation, and strengthen business intelligence through reporting and dashboards. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to understand business needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly and sustainable system solutions.

You will lead the administration, development and continuous improvement of Salesforce, while also supporting wider business applications across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, finance systems, project tracking tools and organisational dashboards. This will include improving data quality, supporting reporting for teams including the Leadership Team, developing automation through tools such as Power Automate, and helping to embed good data management and information governance practices across key systems.

About you: You will bring strong experience of administering and improving Salesforce and other business applications, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions. You will be confident translating business processes into workflows, system enhancements, automation and reporting outputs that are clear, reliable and easy to use.

You will have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with experience supporting data quality, reporting, dashboards and system governance. You will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues, managing priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement across a small, high-performing IT and Operations Team. Experience with Power Platform, finance systems, SharePoint lists, Forms or workflow automation would be an advantage.
