As our Social Media Manager, you’ll:
- Be responsible for shaping, deploying, and evolving GWI’s social media presence across all relevant channels.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring our social presence is tightly anchored to business objectives and brand goals.
- Bring our social channels to life, telling GWI’s story in ways that are vibrant, insightful, and bold.
- Craft a distinctive voice that GWI becomes known for, ensuring our content delivers genuine value, drives thought leadership, and stands out across industries.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
- Social media strategy & execution
- Support the Head of Comms in building the social media strategy for GWI across all relevant channels, firmly anchored in business objectives.
- Lead long-term social initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Showcase GWI as a leader in AI-powered insights, aligning messaging with the evolving agent-driven landscape.
- Ensure GWI is part of industry conversations across social channels.
- Editorial & content management
- Develop the editorial strategy in alignment with GWI’s brand, product & corporate messaging, and key content.
- Collaborate with our Senior Events Exec on social media around major events.
- Coordinate the editorial committee across stakeholders (Marketing, GTM, Product, PR, Internal Comms, etc.), ensuring cohesive planning and execution.
- Oversee content production, publishing, and channel optimization.
- Champion creative storytelling approaches that make our channels dynamic, bold, and memorable.
- Manage the upload and amplification of GWI’s video output.
- Use tools, including AI tools, to produce “always-on” content, as well as working with our Video Editor on higher-level production of content.
- Advocacy & community engagement
- Develop and drive GWI’s Advocacy Strategy, spanning executives, customers, and employees.
- Build programs to empower advocates, amplify voices, and strengthen GWI’s reputation in AI, data, and insights.
- Engage communities across channels to foster meaningful relationships.
- Manage and grow GWI’s share of voice on community-driven platforms (e.g., Reddit), ensuring authentic representation, active participation, and a distinctive voice in industry conversations.
- Building our Founder profile
- Develop a channel-specific social plan to elevate the voice of our Founder and CEO as a thought leader.
- Work with our Content Creators on regularly drafting content across industry goings on, product and innovation, GWI data, and customer insights.
- Own a schedule for CEO posts and lead on producing regular video and creative content, working with the CEO’s EA and a working group across PR, social and content.
- Analytics, reporting & optimization
- Produce regular reporting and analysis of GWI’s social media KPIs, linking results to commercial impact.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, leadership, and execs.
- Use data not just to optimize performance, but to identify opportunities to be bolder, more creative, and more impactful.
- Continuously refine tactics to maximize performance and ROI.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally with B2B SaaS or tech-driven brands.
- Track record of developing social media strategies linked to measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging networks.
- Exceptional content planning, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience building advocacy programs with executives, employees, and external champions.
- Experience in community building and management, nurturing engaged and active audiences.
- Proven experience managing brand presence and share of voice across community-driven platforms (e.g., Reddit, Discord).
- Analytical mindset with strong command of reporting, attribution, and optimization.
