LondonWeekly office requirement: Hybrid, 2 days/weeksEmployment type: Right now we're looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to play a key role in our Marketing Team in London. If that's you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. As our Marketing Operations Executive you'll: Be the operational heartbeat of our marketing and go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on, process-driven role with a front-row seat to how an entire marketing and revenue function actually works. You'll live in the detail of campaign operations, keep our systems and data in good shape, and help our growing set of AI agents run smoothly. This is a starting-out role, so no marketing operations experience is required. You'll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work across Marketing, Revenue and RevOps. You'll start by running the processes that keep us moving, and grow into building the automations that make us faster. Own the operational backbone of our campaigns: building campaign structures in HubSpot and Salesforce, setting up audiences and lists, managing tracking and UTMs, and running the QA and launch checklists to ensure everything fires correctly. Keep our data trustworthy. Dedupe records, standardize fields, maintain segments and enrichment in Clay, and follow the playbooks that keep HubSpot and Salesforce in sync. Clean data is the foundation everything else sits on. Help surface the numbers. Grow into a GTM operations specialist by automating manual work alongside the team, starting small with tools like Zapier and Claude and taking on more as your skills grow. ð§3Previous marketing operations experience. Comfortable with data in a spreadsheet, and unfazed by learning a new tool. Some early marketing experience or a real interest in it — backgrounds like SDR, BDR, sales, customer success, events, or a marketing coordinator seat are all welcome. AI-native, already using tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, and excited to build with them rather than just chat. Time to recharge – 25 days' annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays. Health & wellbeing – Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support. Financial benefits – Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success. Flexibility & balance – Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a "work from home" budget. Career growth – Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility. Community & impact – DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ð«¶Diversity is fundamental to who we are—as a data company and as a workplace. Our data reflects global realities, and so must our teams. As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to making adjustments throughout the hiring process—whether that's extra time, materials in advance or a different format, breaks, an adjusted interview format, assistive tools, or flexible scheduling. We actively encourage applications from underrepresented and marginalised communities. li-hybrid#LI-LV1
