As our Growth Marketing Automation Engineer you'll:
- Multiply what the whole Growth Marketing team can do. You won't run a channel or own a campaign, you build the systems, agents and tools that let everyone else operate at a scale they couldn't reach independently.
- Set the build roadmap. Work with VP Growth Marketing and other stakeholders to agree a quarterly roadmap of the highest-leverage builds.
- Find and automate repetitive work. Find the repetitive tasks eating the team's time and replace them with agents and automations.
- Act as a force multiplier across the team. Build systems that increase the impact of high-leverage work.
- Find growth levers in the funnel and fix/scale. Run analysis and discovery to discover the biggest levers and run experiments to improve conversion or unlock new growth.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Experience managing campaigns, channels and funnels.
- You are a problem-solver and builder by default.
- You build with AI, not just chat with it: chaining prompts, wiring up agents, and automating work.
- Data literacy and a systems thinker: you can think through problems end-to-end, document a clear scope and create a structured plan that links back to a measurable outcome.
- Comfortable in low/no-code platforms, happy wiring up APIs and MCP.
- Bonus points for built agentic workflows that drove a real marketing outcome with before/after numbers to prove it.
- Hands-on with the modern martech stack: AI enabled and core platforms.
- Experience running channels and campaigns at scale.
- Comfortable with data: pulling from APIs, shaping it, and turning it into something a team can act on.
- A portfolio of things you've built.
