Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities across the process with AI/automation to maintain speed and accuracy
- Own day-to-day tasks including diary management across multiple timezones, guiding candidates and senior stakeholders, posting job adverts, and potentially creating job offers
- Own internal and external communications across the hiring process to keep candidates and stakeholders informed
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers at all levels, coordinating hiring efforts and ensuring support at every step
- Deliver a fast, clear, and memorable candidate experience for all applicants
- Key requirements
- Proven coordination or administrative experience
- ATS experience (Greenhouse) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and Urgency-driven, able to react quickly and reprioritize
- Strong, adaptable communication skills to keep all parties in the loop
