Global Water Solutions are recruiting for a Water Enhancement Sales Manager to join our committed sales team with a focus on our Water Filtration, Limescale Reduction, Reverse Osmosis and Smart Tap range of products. GWS is one of the world’s leading pressure vessel, water enhancement and smart tap product manufacturers. Since our foundation, GWS has been focused on improving people’s lives by supplying technologies and products to provide clean water worldwide and easing access to it.

We are looking for a team player and results-driven professional with specific experience gaining sales amongst water treatment suppliers and distributors. Having strong business ethics and a solid proven record of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction, you will relish taking a hands-on approach and be open to extensive UK and Irish travel. At GWS, you will have global exposure in a dynamic and friendly environment. The position will report directly to the UK General Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales Management of our Water Enhancement range of products to include Water Filtration, One Stop Plus Limescale Reduction, AquaWave Reverse Osmosis and Quatreau smart tap range.
  • Analysis of the market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needs in the Water Treatment Industry.
  • Planning of approaches to gaining sales of our Water Enhancement range.
  • Regular updating/reporting to the UK General Manager.

Your Attributes:

  • University/College Degree/Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles, with special focus on the UK/Irish market and Water Treatment channels to market.
  • Technical knowledge of water treatment products is considered an advantage.
  • Communicative and creative with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and customer focused approach.
  • Analytical approach with a knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
