About the role:
- Monday - Friday office-based working (Stirling Head Office) 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring multi-lingual projects
- Sourcing and co-ordination of translators
- Communication with linguists
- Administrative tasks including creating quotes and managing inboxes
Who are we looking for?
- A related degree or a minimum of 2 years project management/admin experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own and part of a team
- Additional languages would be beneficial
