Location: Stirling Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).
About the role:
- High volume purchase ledger and sales ledger.
- Finance and accounts inbox monitoring and maintenance.
- Processing payroll.
- Working with VAT and VAT submissions.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Supplier liaison and supplier bills.
- Setting up payment runs on CRM system.
- Working with credit control team to arrange payment of aged debts.
Who are we looking for?
- Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
- Experience of working in a professional services environment.
- A degree background in accounting/finance/business (preference however not essential).
