Your mission is to help thousands of organisations break into new and exciting international markets by providing communications solutions. We work with some of the world’s best-known brands, including international government bodies and clients from both public and private sectors worldwide.

THE ROLE:

  • Location: Stirling - Head Office - Monday to Friday office based - 8.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).
  • Native level French - both written and spoken.
  • Develop and manage strategic client relationships.
  • Work towards an annual revenue target.
  • Manage the quotation process from primarily inbound enquiries, follow up to close deals, and build relationships with historic clients to gain repeat business.
  • Manage a busy in-tray, actively involved with the resolution of a diverse range of requests from Global Voices clients within SLAs, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Involved with marketing campaigns, including industry-specific digital marketing campaigns, brochures, and adverts to generate further business.
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

  • Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
  • Prior experience in the language services industry.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment.
  • A degree background in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
