Your mission:
- Location: Stirling - Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).
- Native level French/German - both written and spoken.
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships.
- Working towards an annual revenue target.
- Working alongside the Translation/Interpretation Project Managers, managing the quotation process from primarily inbound enquiries, follows up to close the deal and builds relationships with historic clients to gain repeat business.
- Managing a busy in-tray, actively involved with the resolution of a diverse and interesting range of requests from Global Voices clients within SLAs, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Involved with marketing campaigns, including industry specific digital marketing campaigns, brochures and adverts with a view to generating further business.
- Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.

- Be native/fluent in French/German speaking/written.
- You must be passionate about sales growth and have expert knowledge of growing accounts at C level.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement and adjust.
- You must have the drive to build efficient pipelines, whilst ensuring dependencies are unblocked, to support and drive the implementation of exceptional quality.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
