About the role

  • Monday – Friday office-based working (Stirling Head Office) 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Planning, scheduling and monitoring multi-lingual projects
  • Sourcing and co-ordination of translators
  • Communication with linguists
  • Administrative tasks including creating quotes and managing inboxes

Who are we looking for?

  • A related degree or a minimum of 2 years project management/admin experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own and part of a team
  • Additional languages would be beneficial
