THE ROLE:
- Stirling – Head Office – Monday – Friday office based – 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break).
- Native level French – both written and spoken.
- Develop and manage strategic client relationships.
- Working towards an annual revenue target.
- Working alongside the Translation/Interpretation Project Managers, managing the quotation process from primarily inbound enquiries, follows up to close the deal and builds relationships with historic clients to gain repeat business.
- Managing a busy in‑tray, actively involved with the resolution of a diverse and interesting range of requests from Global Voices clients within SLAs, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Involved with marketing campaigns, including industry specific digital marketing campaigns, brochures and adverts with a view to generating further business.
- Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
- Prior experience in the language services industry.
- Experience of working in a professional services environment.
- A degree background in business / marketing / entrepreneurship.
