GVC are assisting a highly established independent veterinary practice in the Northampton area in their search for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a proudly independent practice that places case continuity, client trust, and team culture at the heart of everything they do.

Equipment includes: Digital DR x-ray, Dental x-ray, Ultrasound, Laparoscopic equipment, Dedicated cat and dog wards, Veterinary Nurse Training Centre.
  • Rewarding Package: This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including: Salary from ÂŁ60,000–£80,000 depending on experience, Up to 20% annual bonus (non-sales based), Guaranteed first-year bonus of ÂŁ5,000, Relocation support available, Private healthcare, Pension, Paid CPD and certificate support, Paid RCVS and VDS fees, Cost-price pet care, Childcare support for children up to 3 years old, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, Regular team social events and outings, Clear progression opportunities into leadership or Clinical Director roles.

The Role: Full-time position with flexible 4 or 5-day week options, 1 in 5 weekends, No out-of-hours, No bank holiday work, 15-minute consultations, Strong focus on work-life balance and team wellbeing.
