An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving and highly respected veterinary group. About the Practice & Location

Situated in the heart of beautiful Warwickshire, the group consists of several RCVS-accredited surgeries and a central hospital. The location offers the perfect balance of scenic countryside and historic charm, with the convenience of being just 30 minutes from Birmingham and boasting excellent rail links to London. The area is renowned for its top-rated schools and outdoor lifestyle.

About the Role and Team

The successful candidate will join an impressive team of 30 experienced Vets, including multiple certificate holders in disciplines such as Orthopaedics, Feline Medicine, Ophthalmology, and Cardiology.

The Roles: Options include a position primarily based in the Stratford-upon-Avon area or a roving role across 2-3 local clinics for maximum variety.

The Schedule: Ideally full-time (40 hours per week over 4 days, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm), but flexible part-time options are also welcomed.

The Facilities: Access to state-of-the-art equipment including CT, digital X-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy, and a dedicated hydrotherapy unit.

Support: The practice provides 24-hour care with a dedicated night team, ensuring minimal OOH requirements for day staff. The nursing team is exceptionally skilled, with qualifications in ECC, anaesthesia, and behaviour.

  • The ideal candidate will be a registered Veterinary Surgeon who is eager to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Keen to manage a varied caseload and deliver high-standard patient care.
  • Looking to potentially pursue further studies or a certificate (fully supported).
