About the Practice

This friendly, well-established small animal practice is ideally located in North Oxford — just a short walk from the train station, University Parks, and the city centre, making it a brilliant place to both work and live. The team is collaborative and supportive, with strong clinical leadership from two experienced partners. The practice also benefits from access to a nearby 24-hour hospital, providing additional clinical resource and out-of-hours coverage for the team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours across 4 days per week. The weekend rota is either 1 in 3 or 1 in 6 full weekends at the 24-hour hospital, along with a fair share of out-of-hours and bank holiday cover — providing a varied and engaging caseload. Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care across consultations and surgery
  • Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients
  • Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
  • Contributing to the wider development of the clinical community
