Looking for a Veterinary Surgeon role with autonomy and real career progression? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a small animal practice in Hertfordshire, building caseload and shaping clinical direction.

The Role

  • Full-time Veterinary Surgeon position (40 hours per week)
  • Mix of consultations and surgery with a varied small animal caseload
  • 1 in 6 weekends or 1 in 3 Saturdays (shared rota)
  • Opportunity to lead, develop and grow the practice

About You

You’ll be a confident Veterinary Surgeon, comfortable with sole charge and keen to take the next step in your career. You’ll enjoy building client relationships, developing a caseload, and delivering high standards of patient care.
