The Role The practice is looking for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team and help shape the future of the practice. You’ll work alongside experienced Vets and a team of experienced RVNs , taking a key role in supporting the clinical team, developing the practice and helping create an environment where vets can thrive. You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead and support the existing veterinary team Help develop and grow the practice Mentor and support junior vets as the team expands Encourage clinical development and knowledge sharing Work closely with the other Vets and experienced nursing team Build strong relationships with clients and their pets Influence the future direction of the practice About You We’re looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
