GVC is supporting awell-established first-opinion practice in Carterton, Oxfordshirewith an existing client base and a supportive team environment. The practice offers a high level of clinical freedom and the chance to develop your interests, whether your focus is more medical or surgical. Clinical support includes a senior clinician with a strong interest inorthopaedics.
What You’ll Do
As a Veterinary Surgeon in this team, you’ll be accountable for high-quality patient care and consistent clinical standards. You’ll:
- Deliver a high standard of clinical care in consults and surgery, aligned to regulatory and operational compliance
- Create practical, tailored treatment plans and communicate options clearly to clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team to deliver smooth day-to-day patient care
- Share knowledge and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical standards within the wider team
Working pattern:Full-time (40 hours across 4 days)with1 in 6 weekendsas part of a rota at a nearby24-hour site.
