An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to step into a clinical partnership role within a well-established small animal practice in Northwest London. This position offers the rare balance of true clinical autonomy alongside the support and infrastructure of an already established network allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care while shaping the direction of the practice.

A little bit about the practice: The clinic is based in a very good location in a Northwest London Borough, surrounded by a lovely coffee shop, restaurants and most of all no competition! The next few months will bring a big change to the practice as they are undergoing a full refurbishment, with 2 new consult rooms, theatre room and facilities. With over 2800+ active clients you will be stepping into an already busy practice that is filled with loyalty, you will see the same faces and build those lasting relationships.

The Staff: Currently with 2 Vets, 2 RVN's, 1 SVN and 1 VCA the practice is already very well staffed. Their long-standing Vet of 23 years gets recognised in the street! You’ll be supported by an experienced and highly regarded Area Manager who oversees multiple sites with a balanced and hands-on approach. Known for being approachable and solutions-focused, she provides consistent support while allowing clinical teams the autonomy to thrive. She will be on hand to guide you through your initial transition and ensure you feel fully settled.

The Opportunity: Full clinical freedom to run the practice your way, fixed 2-year tie-in, offering flexibility and reduced long-term risk, exit options.

Why This Role Stands Out: This is ideal for a vet ready to take the next step into ownership, without the usual barriers. You’ll benefit from:

  • The ability to lead and grow a successful clinic
  • Operational and back-end support already in place
  • A strong, loyal client base from day one
  • The chance to shape a newly refurbished practice to your vision

About You: RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon, commercially aware with an interest in leadership or practice ownership, passionate about high clinical standards and client care, motivated to build and develop a thriving local practice.
