An opportunity is available for an experienced National Key Account Manager to take ownership of key veterinary customer groups across the UK. This is a full-time, field-based role with national responsibility, focused on driving sustainable commercial growth while building long-term strategic partnerships.

The Role

The position centres on developing and delivering robust national account strategies that improve sales performance, margin, and customer engagement. Reporting into senior sales leadership, the role plays a key part in shaping commercial direction across multi-site veterinary groups.

  • Managing national and multi-site veterinary accounts across the UK
  • Developing and executing national account plans aligned to wider business strategy
  • Leading Quarterly Business Reviews with senior customer stakeholders
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and influence future strategy
  • Collaborating closely with regional field sales teams to ensure national plans translate into effective local execution
  • Contributing to pricing strategy, contracting, and commercial governance
