The Opportunity
- Flexible out-of-hours rota designed around you
- Typical pattern: 7 on 21 off
- Sole charge nights supported by one RVN and one auxiliary

Caseload & Clinical Support
- Average 3–4 cases per night
- Typically 3–4 inpatients overnight
