An established Small Animal veterinary hospital in Chippenham, Wiltshire, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RVN to join its dedicated nursing team. The practice has a strong focus on clinical standards, patient care and supporting the development of its nursing team.
The Role
- Salary of £35,000 per annum
- Full-time position working a 4-day week
- No out-of-hours work, with a dedicated night team in place
- Delivering high standards of inpatient and outpatient nursing care
- Working closely with the veterinary and nursing teams
- Supporting the smooth running of a busy hospital environment
- Opportunities to contribute to the development of student veterinary nurses
The hospital is equipped with a range of modern diagnostic and surgical equipment, supporting a varied caseload and opportunities to build your clinical experience.
About You
This role would suit a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who is passionate about patient care and keen to contribute to a positive team environment.
You'll ideally be someone who:
- Is registered with the RCVS
- Has a proactive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working collaboratively with vets and fellow nurses
- Is committed to delivering excellent nursing care
- Is keen to continue developing professionally
- Has an interest in supporting and mentoring student veterinary nurses
