This client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team. The practice prides itself on clinical autonomy, case continuity, and a warm, team-focused environment. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and benefit from a leadership team that truly values work-life balance.
The Role:
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday 9-3, Sunday 10-3)
- No OOH or on-call
- Fully independent practice with strong support team
