An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established 24-hour small animal hospital in South Yorkshire. This permanent role is ideal for a vet with an interest in internal medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, neurology, or ECC, offering excellent clinical exposure, modern facilities, and strong professional support.
The Role
- Permanent, full-time position (part-time considered)
- 40 hours per week across a 4-day working week
- 1 in 6 full weekend rota
- Working within a busy 24-hour hospital environment
- Opportunity to focus on clinical interests including medicine, imaging, neurology or ECC
- Mix of consults, diagnostics, and surgical involvement
- Collaborative working with a highly skilled hospital team
About You
You’ll be a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’ll enjoy working as part of a supportive team, contributing to shared learning, and delivering high standards of patient care. Experience or a strong interest in internal medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, neurology, or ECC is desirable but not essential.
