Are you an experienced Surgical Veterinary Surgeon looking for a unique opportunity to develop and lead an orthopaedic and complex soft tissue caseload across multiple modern practices in London? This newly created role offers excellent clinical exposure, flexibility, and career progression within a growing independent veterinary group.
The Role
- Full-time Surgical Lead Veterinary Surgeon position
- 4-day working week
- 1:4 weekend rota
- Work across multiple well-equipped Greater London practices
- Surgically biased role with orthopaedic and complex soft tissue focus
- Consultation appointments included to support surgical case continuity and post-operative care
- Protected admin time built into the rota
- Opportunity to help develop and grow advanced surgical services
About You
- You will be an experienced RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon, ideally holding or working towards a surgical certificate, with a strong interest in:
- Orthopaedics
- Advanced soft tissue surgery
- Surgical case management
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues
This role would suit an Advanced Practitioner, Senior Vet, or confident surgeon looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and progressive environment. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential, as the role involves working across multiple sites and building relationships with both clients and clinical teams.
