Are you an experienced Surgical Veterinary Surgeon looking for a unique opportunity to develop and lead an orthopaedic and complex soft tissue caseload across multiple modern practices in London? The Role

  • Full-time Surgical Lead Veterinary Surgeon position
  • 4-day working week
  • 1:4 weekend rota
  • Work across multiple well-equipped Greater London practices
  • Surgically biased role with orthopaedic and complex soft tissue focus
  • Consultation appointments included to support surgical case continuity and post-operative care
  • Protected admin time built into the rota
  • Opportunity to help develop and grow advanced surgical services

About You

  • You will be an experienced RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon, ideally holding or working towards a surgical certificate, with a strong interest in:
  • Orthopaedics
  • Advanced soft tissue surgery
  • Surgical case management
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues

This role would suit an Advanced Practitioner, Senior Vet, or confident surgeon looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and progressive environment. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential, as the role involves working across multiple sites and building relationships with both clients and clinical teams.
