About the Role
This is a fullâtime position based on a 4âday working week , promoting excellent workâlife balance. The role includes a shared weekend rota, with partâtime hours also considered.
Duties include:
- Delivering highâquality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
- Managing routine consultations and procedures with senior support always available
- Building strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication
- Working collaboratively within a multiâvet, multiânurse team
- Taking part in clinical discussions and ongoing development initiatives

About the Candidate
This opportunity is perfect for a juniorâlevel Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with 2+ yearsâ small animal experience (UK or UKâequivalent)
- Be confident with routine consults and commonly performed procedures
- Be keen to continue developing skills with structured mentorship and guidance
