An opportunity is available for a commercially driven Regional Sales Executive to join a growing veterinary organisation in a full-time, field-based role covering the South of the UK. This position focuses on managing a defined regional portfolio of veterinary surgeries and clinics, with responsibility for driving sales growth, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
The Role
- Managing and growing a regional portfolio of veterinary surgeries and clinics
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline across the territory
- Re-engaging underperforming accounts and identifying opportunities to improve spend and margin
- Onboarding new veterinary practices within the region
- Analysing customer spend data to identify growth opportunities
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience, including managing escalated issues
- Providing product match-ups, samples, and consistent follow-up
- Collaborating closely with National and Key Account Managers
- Feeding regional insights and competitor intelligence back into marketing and commercial teams
The Ideal Candidate
This role will suit a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with experience managing a defined territory or field-based sales region. You will bring:
- Proven experience in field sales or territory management
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Confidence building long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience within the veterinary, healthcare, or clinical sector (desirable)
- A self-motivated mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Location
South Region, UK. Field-based role with regular regional travel.
