The Role
- Permanent, full-time Veterinary Surgeon position
- Working 4 days per week
- Shifts: 9:00am – 7:00pm
- 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital
- First opinion small animal caseload
- Supported by an experienced nursing and support team
- Clinical handovers and shared OOH support

- This well-established practice has been caring for local pets for over 25 years and offers:
- Separate cat and dog waiting areas
- 3 modern consult rooms
- Fully equipped theatre
- Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
- Ultrasound
- In-house laboratory
About You
- You’ll be a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with:
- Solid UK small animal practice experience
- Strong clinical and client communication skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Confidence supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- An interest in mentoring and contributing to a positive clinical culture
