I’m working with a profitable, stable, and well-established independent veterinary group with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care. This forward-thinking group operates across multiple modern, purpose-built sites in Hampshire and continues to invest heavily in people, facilities, and technology.

The role can be based at one of three well-equipped sites across Hampshire, depending on the successful applicant’s preference. Whether you have recently qualified, or have many years of experience under your belt, they are happy to craft the perfect role for you based on your skillset and long-term career objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out thorough clinical examinations, including full physical exams, dental checks, and orthopaedic assessments
  • Perform diagnostics such as blood testing, digital and dental X-rays, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory work
  • Undertake routine and advanced surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, soft tissue surgery, and emergency interventions
  • Deliver care in line with RCVS best practice guidelines, ensuring patient welfare and best clinical outcomes
  • Communicate treatment plans clearly with clients and work collaboratively with RVNs, SVNs, and support teams
