What You’ll Do

  • Deliver first-opinion consultations and medical care for a predominantly small animal caseload, including some small furries and exotics.

  • Dentistry
  • Basic ophthalmic procedures
  • Emergency surgeries (e.g. pyometra, caesarean sections, foreign bodies, cystotomies)
  • Surgical and non-surgical wound management
  • Utilise in-house diagnostics, including laboratory testing, ultrasound, digital radiography, and multiparameter monitoring.
  • Work in line with RCVS standards, maintaining patient safety, pain management, and accurate clinical records.
  • Collaborate closely with veterinary nurses, support staff, and visiting clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to clinical discussions and shared CPD, supporting continuous improvement across the team.
