My client in South Wales is looking for a Senior Vet Surgeon to join and lead their team! You’ll lead by example, supporting a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee the day to day running of the hospital and ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care for pets and their owners. You’ll be accountable for clinical quality and governance, rota and resource planning, client experience, and smooth running of the hospital in line with my clients standards.
This role would suit a seasoned Vet looking to take the next step in their career or a current Senior Vet looking for a new challenge! The role offers a 37.5 hour week, with a weekend rota which will be negotiated and discussed upon interview, as well as a salary of up to £77,000 DOE.
