A well-established, multi-site small animal practice is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon into its friendly and experienced clinical team. Known for delivering gold-standard patient care, the practice places a strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and helping vets grow in confidence as they progress through the early stages of their career.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who has moved beyond their initial foundations and is now seeking a role where development, support, and work-life balance genuinely go hand in hand.
The practice operates across three nearby sites and is RCVS accredited, offering a modern, well-equipped working environment including:
- Digital X-ray
- Ultrasound
- ECG
- In-house laboratory

This is a full-time position based on a 4-day working week, promoting excellent work-life balance. The role includes a shared weekend rota, with part-time hours also considered.
Duties include:
- Delivering high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
