Position

Due to increased student numbers and new partnerships, we are opening a new campus in Nottingham. We are seeking a Student Support Officer to join us on a permanent basis. The Student Support Officer will handle front-facing customer service and administrative tasks, providing excellent support to enhance the student experience for all students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first and last point of contact for students, handling enquiries and providing advice and support at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other support officers to offer basic advice and referrals.
  • Act as a referral point, offering support, guidance, information, and confidential advice to students.
  • This role reports to the Student Services Manager and involves working on weekends.
