Student Success Tutor Manager (LCCM)

As Student Success Tutor Manager you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating student support strategies, ensuring that the service remains responsive to student needs. The role would require someone to lead a team of Student Success Tutors to ensure students receive personalised academic coaching and support throughout their educational journey. This role is critical in fostering an environment where students are empowered to achieve their academic potential, overcome barriers to learning, and enhance their engagement, retention, and success.
