Student Recruitment Coordinator is a student-facing role and its main aim is to support the Student Recruitment (Sales) process by carrying out administrative, planning and coordination tasks relating to recruitment and event organisation for both London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) and London College of Creative Media (LCCM).
Your main responsibilities will include the following:

Assisting sales & marketing with organising events/open days for LCCM/LCCA: organising refreshments, coordinating transport of equipment, liaising with the academic team, creating accurate reports and informing all stakeholders, coordinating marketing material, ensuring schedules and timings are communicated to all parties involved and room allocation.

Supporting the Student Recruitment team with the applications process: documentation, accompanying students to interviews, SFE applications, UCAS applications, assessments and campus tours.

Supporting the Student Recruitment team with sales admin: finalising open day lists, UCAS lists etc.

To liaise with other departments within the UK on a day to day basis
