What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
- Build financial models, forecasts, and investment analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs across portfolio businesses.
- Support acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Prepare board papers, investment committee materials, and investor reporting.
- Conduct market, sector, and competitor research to inform investment decisions.
- Partner closely with portfolio management teams and senior leaders across the Group.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years' experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Strategy Consulting, Asset Management, or Big Four Deals Advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with complex data and translating insights into commercial recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Desirable
- MBA from a leading business school.
- CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Exposure to portfolio management, principal investing, M&A, or value creation programmes.
