Salary: Hourly Paid £50 – £75 ph
Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday (9am – 6pm)

Are you ready to shape the next generation of business leaders in a creative, industry-focused environment? LCCA is looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Business Management to join our passionate and forward-thinking academic team.
Position: The Role
Youll play a key role in delivering our BA (Hons) Business Management programme, helping students build analytical, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills. From module design to inspiring classroom delivery, youll shape holistic learning experiences across, evening, and weekend formats.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering innovative and inclusive teaching across Levels 46 (Level 3 & 7 desirable)
- Developing and leading engaging business modules
- Providing academic and pastoral support to students
- Contributing to curriculum development, assessment design, and standardisation
- Driving industry engagement through your professional networks
- Participating in course reviews, team meetings, and examination boards
- Engaging in ongoing research, scholarly activity or enterprise
Requirements: What Youll Need
Essential
- A BA and postgraduate qualification in Business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience teaching in Higher Education and developing course materials
- A track record of innovative, inclusive pedagogy
- Strong industry links and understanding of current business practices
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Desirable
- Fellowship of the HEA (or working toward it)
- PhD or equivalent research/professional standing
- Experience teaching at Level 3 and/or Level 7
- Experience contributing to enterprise, research, or external partnerships
