We help fast-growing online brands advertise on television, focusing on brands that evaluate advertising based on returns rather than aesthetics. Operating across 50+ countries from the UK, Canada, and East Africa, we serve clients in online gaming, online-first retail, and travel, employing innovative strategies that larger competitors might overlook.
You’ll generate new business leads and pass them to our senior team for progression and closure. When a lead aligns with our UK, Canada, or East Africa operations, you’ll route it accordingly. You are the front of the funnel for the entire group. Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) is a core aspect of the role, and your performance will be measured on it. We seek outreach that is well thought out: targeting the right people, providing a reason for engagement, and crafting messages that elicit responses. While volume is important, it must translate into meaningful conversations.
We want someone who thinks beyond immediate outreach. The ideal candidate will build a system to identify where our target customers focus their attention and develop repeatable methods to increase our visibility. This includes content creation, establishing a presence, attending the right events, and utilising channels often overlooked by competitors. Familiarity with our name enhances outreach effectiveness, and we expect you to lay this groundwork over time.
Qualifications include:

- A background in television or media is not required.
