Your role is to ignite and lead a global employer branding strategy that attracts top tech and product talent and shapes an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) so compelling that it becomes the talk of the tech world! This role is about influence, creativity, and, above all—impact. Every decision you make will be backed by data-driven insights, ensuring our message resonates with the talent we need.
This is a hybrid role based in London.
Your Experience
- Must have: 8-10 years of integrated marketing expertise, including at least 6 years in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Significant experience in international brand development and market positioning.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in marketing to technical personas, particularly Engineering and Product candidates.
- Proven ability to orchestrate and execute medium to large-scale commercial events with strategic impact.
- Extensive track record in scaling brands within fast-paced tech environments, spanning both pre-IPO and post-IPO phases.
- Consistent delivery of complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget while effectively collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with deep familiarity in using tools like Jira to drive efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic concepts, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to create actionable marketing initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in managing supplier relationships and campaign budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Analytical expertise in utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Looker to extract insights and drive informed decision-making across campaigns.

What you’ll be doing
- Create and implement an employer branding strategy aligned with Flo Health’s vision and talent acquisition goals, focusing on attracting tech and product talent globally.
- Develop a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that sets Flo Health apart as a leader in innovation and impact.
- Lead the creation of engaging content (e.g., employee testimonials, videos, blog posts) that showcases our culture and tech opportunities.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, job boards, events) to attract tech talent internationally.
- Build relationships with industry groups, universities, and tech communities, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support sourcing efforts.
- Conduct workshops and events to empower hiring managers to effectively promote Flo Health’s brand.
- Use insights from research to tailor branding strategies and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
- Track and report on KPIs, making data-driven improvements to branding efforts.
You’ll be targeted on:
- Attracting top-tier talent, increasing brand visibility, and driving strong engagement and consideration.
- Flawlessly executing major events on time and within budget while enhancing internal employer brand awareness.
